ELECTROLYSIS OF D2O WITH TITANIUM CATHODES: ENHANCEMENT OF EXCESS HEAT AND FURTHER EVIDENCE OF POSSIBLE TRANSMUTATION

It was observed that the excess power output does not increase as the size of the cathode was increased (from ~23 mm2 to ~400 mm2). Smaller cathodes have larger perimeter / area ratios (~ 0.43 mm-1) than the larger cathodes (~ 0.27 mm-1). Smaller cathodes yield an average excess power output of 232 +/- 20 mW (113% of power input) and has reached as high as 125% of the power input.
We therefore investigated the relationship between the perimeter / area ratio of the cathode and excess heat output over a series of 28 SEC experiments.
